RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

iBuyBD.com allows customers to ask for returning or replacing of any product or ask for refund under certain conditions. First of all, a customer can either refuse the product without receiving it at all, or s/he can receive the product by making full payment and decide to return it afterwards.

All return and refund request must be made by following iBuyBD.com’s official customer support ticketing channel. IBuyBd.com holds the right to replace, refund or not to replace, refund customers based on its investigation as per company policy.

How to lodge a complaint or communicate for any issues:

The customer has to login to his/her account and send message to IBuyBd.com team regarding their issues or complaints by raising a support ticket. This can be found on the left side menu in customer panel.

iBuyBD.com “Customer Support Team” will get back to the customer within 3 working days after receiving and acknowledging a complain provided there is no force majeure issue.

The claiming period for any order must be placed using the channel mentioned above within 3 days of receiving the product.

POSSIBLE SCENARIOS FOR REFUND & REPLACEMENTS

Damaged products

The buyer must provide IBuyBd.com with images/video showing clearly the damage, and after all the verification, we will arrange to pick the product up. All the labels must be intact, if not; the item will not be replaced or refunded in any way. If that product is not available in IBuyBd.com stock, customer can choose any product worth the same value and get the replacement within standard delivery time.

No refund is applicable in such case. In case of Missing pieces: Follow the regular complain lodging process and wait for verification of IBuyBD.com customer support team. Upon successful verification, IBuyBD.com will arrange to send the missing pieces following the standard delivery process.

Customer must provide images/video of the items & after verifications the specific items will be picked up via courier, given, we have all the necessary information to do so, provided by the customer. Replacement will be given following iBuyBD.com replacement policy.

Lost in transit

iBuyBD.com will follow the regular complain lodging process and wait for verification of iBuyBd.com customer support team. Upon successful verification, iBuyBD.com will arrange to send the missing product following the standard delivery process. No replacement or refund is applicable for such case.

Customs Issues

In case of any customs related issues, IBuyBD.com cannot be held responsible for any delays or any sort of duty taxes that the ordered product might be subjected to as per the laws and customs policy of the customer’s country. The customer must bear any additional duties, taxes, fees or charges as per the prevailing laws of the customer’s country.

Counterfeit products

Follow the regular complain lodging process and wait for verification of iBuyBD.com customer support team. Upon successful verification, iBuyBD.com will arrange to send the missing product following the standard delivery process. No replacement or refund is applicable for such cases.
